เด็กไทยเจ๋ง“DEFVALEN”คว้าแชมป์โลก World K-Pop 2015 7 หนุ่มไทย สมาชิกวง ‘DEFVALEN’ โชว์ความสามารถคว้าตำแหน่งชนะเลิศในการแข่งขัน K-Pop coverdance Festival 2015ที่ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ในงาน‘SilkRoad Cultural Festival in Gyeongju 2015ที่ Gyeongju Arts Center ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 20กันยายนที่ผ่านมา โดยมีเข้าผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันทั้งหมด 13ทีม จาก 9 ประเทศทั่วโลก โดยทีมที่ได้รับรางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ1ได้แก่ทีมจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น และทีมรองชนะเลิศอันดับสองได้แก่ทีมจากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์
โดยสำหรับการประกวด K-Pop world coverdance Festival จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องเป็นครั้งที่ 5 และทีมเยาวชนไทยเคยคว้าแชมป์จากการประกวดนี้มาแล้ว2 ปีซ้อน ในปี 2012 กับทีมLollipop CZ และในปี 2013 กับทีมMillennium Boy และปี2014 ที่ผ่านมาทีม Station 5 ก็ยังคว้าตำแหน่งรองชนะเลิศมาได้อีกด้วยโดยหลังจากการประกาศผล ตัวแทนทีมได้ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่าชัยชนะครั้งนี้เป็นผลมาจากการฝึกซ้อมอย่างหนักของเราและรู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างมาก
Thai K-Pop cover dance team has become the Champion again,surprised the world. Thai cover dance team ‘DEFVALEN’ has won the 1stplace in K-Pop cover dance Festival 2015, co-held with ‘Silk Road CulturalFestival in Gyeongju 2015’ on 20th September at Gyeongju ArtsCenter. 13 teams from all over the world were competed in the final;the team ‘DEFVALEN’ covered ‘My heart is beating’ and ‘Bad’ by Infinite. The team burst into tears as they were announced as thewinner, commenting ‘This is the outcome of our practice’. The runner up wasJapan and Philippines took the 3rd place. 13 cover dance teams from 9 countries including Thailand,Korea, Russia, Hong Kong, Germany, China and Japan, joined the K-pop CoverDance Festival 2015, which has been continued for 5 consecutive years. Thailandhas shown outstanding performance records in K-pop cover dance Festival; 3times Champions and 1 time Runner-up. The team ‘DEFVALEN’ was the winner of K-Pop Cover Dance Festival in Thailand atBangkok Central World, hosted by Seoul Shinmun and KTCC (Korea ThailandCommunication Center), and sponsored by Samsung Galaxy Note 5. ‘DEFVALEN’ performed in the opening of ‘Hallyu Dream Concert’ and also hadjoint performance with K-pop idol ‘Secret’.
