Wichai Praisa-ngob, Phuket’s governor, centre, recently presided over the opening ceremony of ‘Arts and Crafts Festival 2010: The Art of Living by the sea…Phuket’ at Central Festival Phuket. The event was organized by The Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (Public Organization) or SACICT led by Kunyaphan Raengkhum, second right, chief executive officer of SACICT, which aims to honour Her Majesty the Queen’s 78th birthday. Lukkate Methinee Washington Kingpayom and Pitta Na Pattalung joined to celebrate the event.
