WESTERNERS travelling to developing countries can use their economic power to buy anything they want.
Men who would not dream of going to a prostitute in Britain - and would consider it outrageous to have sex with a child - feel free to behave in whatever way they wish when they are on holiday.
The Thai government turns too much of a blind eye. What is completely unacceptable is the role of children in sex tourism. The Thai government have a huge amount more to do. It's an absolute disgrace.
